  • This request is intended for cases where the original computer cannot be accessed for normal deactivation.
  • The server-side action uses 1 of your original transfer allowances within 1 year of purchase.
  • Approval is not guaranteed and depends on purchase verification and policy review.

  • Confirm the access key was entered exactly as issued.
  • Verify that the license is being used on the intended computer.
